My Amex Blue Business has an extra $200 off on HP. I don't need this, I already have a 5080, but I love a deal and FOMO! Pull the gpu and put it on eBay. Must resist!

Yes, it's a proprietary HP part, made specifically for this case, so I would hesitate to buy this if the plan is to resell the gpu.
Don't spread misinformation when you have no clue what is really in it.

The only thing proprietary about this entire AMD Omen is the front-panel I/O.

$6 part is all you need if you ever want to move the motherboard to a standard case.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GMHRPQJX

Everything else is standard fit and ports etc. No funny connectors, no special PSU, no weird cables for fans etc. Whatever urban legends people have about HP proprietary parts.

GPU is usable in any other motherboard's PCI-E slot. Down to the side screw holes on 50xx long cards where it can be used with fancier brackets to secure the card down. Far better than a simple ant-sag stick under it. These screw holes is what HP used to secure the card down like a tank in the machine.

Lenovo has similar extra study GPU brackets. Nothing proprietary about the GPU card themselves that makes it so you can't take it and use it somewhere else. Clearly you have zero experience with these type of machines... lol

People who spread misinformation without bothering to check the facts are worse than a glitchy AI.

Do check the eBay prices and calculate the fees for profitability.

Also, I am leery of bad actors who will make claims against you and then you are out a GPU if someone was able to pull of a scam off of an eBay buy. AFAIK, eBay/Paypal are always on the side of the buyers even if they are shady.

72 hours "Flash" sale... so don't wait too long.

but they do have sales at least once a month.

I'm promoting the hell out of these deals cuz they are awesome and I will get them every time.

I love for people to get more "Free" PCs with the GPUs!

It's buggy so check the config and pull the trigger. The weird ship date changes and sometimes it was saying there is nothing in cart when there is something makes me worried the system is having issues.

I am contemplating if I should just order 2 more tonight. lol.

It is. Substantial all metal construction. It is built like a tank. Basic lighting. No stupid RGBs
It is made for HP therefore it is by definition proprietary, you said it yourself right there ^. Just because it uses a PCIE slot doesn't change that. People looking to buy gpus are going to want something with a brand and warranty that they can actually use.

Anyone know which brand/model is the 5090?

This is, arguably, a better PC than the Lenovo Tower i7 w/ the 285K + 5090 that was on sale several months ago. Even though the ram is 32gb and not 64gb it's a lot faster and the 9800X3D is muuuuch better for gaming than the 285K.

Although I did buy the Lenovo Tower i7 and it's build quality is very impressive imo.

HP is bottom of the barrel in terms of quality and reliability but I'd never buy Lenovo simply because they've been caught installing near-malware on their systems in the past

Actually I'm considering shifting my own mb into the case, will proprietary IO cause problem?

It's a hp branded version so god knows. It's likely to be ODMed by maybe some asian manufacturers like colorful
