The DJI Power 1000 V2 improves on the original V1 by increasing continuous AC output to 2,600W (from 2,200W), doubling the AC outlets from two to four with a better plug layout, adding built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for app control without a separate dongle, and speeding up wall charging to 56 minutes. Both share a 1,024 Wh LFP battery capacity and dual SDC ports.

You'd sacrifice 33% of the watt-hours by going with the DJI, compared to the Jackery which puts out 1/3 more watts-hours.
However the DJI puts out 2600 watts of power, versus the Jackery which is limited to 2000 watts output.
Question is, in your specific needs, would the longer power (extra 512 Wh) of the Jackery benefit you more versus the 600 more watts of the DJI benefit you more?
Boils down to whether you have anything you need to plug in that would exceed 2000 watts, yet could operate with 2600 watts.
Personally, the additional watt-hours capacity is my choice/priority, but only if there's ample watt output for my particular items that I plan to plug in.
