I think the Roam 2 is waterproof in up to 3ft of water for 30 minutes so you can use it in the shower. But you could always just get something like this Move 2 and have it outside of the shower since it has far superior sound quality to the Roam 2

Based on the IP56 rating for this speaker, yes it should be suitable for use in the shower, just don't submerge it in a bath tub full of water.

I've been trying to hold out for the refurbished Sonos Move 2 to drop back down to $299. From what I read they're as good as new. This is tempting for new though.

Anyone know if these will get cheaper as the Move 3 eventually comes out? What did the Sonos Move 1's bottom out at?
