Good deal. If you have the Milwaukee rotary M12 tool, you can get a Dremel adapter that makes it wrench-free to use these 1/8" bits. https://www.amazon.com/Dremel-448...mhFallback

Do I need an adapter if I want to use it with a drill?

Not the best place to ask, but I don't want to hunt down ANOTHER subreddit. I have the wire racks with the plastic slip colors, and the painted poles don't work for shit. In particular I think the paint fills in the grooves a little, and makes it too shallow to catch right. Any ideas on a good way to remove that paint? I bought some wire brushes for my dremel and those work, but it's throwing wire bristles everywhere lol. Main problem is the grooves are so narrow most things just don't fit in there. Was thinking this might, but idk how long the 1-2 bits that would fit would last removing paint.

This is still higher than the every day HF price for diamond tipped bits just like these. When HF takes of 30% for items under $10, then these are double that price.

What about using a chemical paint remover bath? Or know anyone that does sandblasting?
HF has both, not sure of cost. We use them on automotive parts, but will work on any metal surface.
Cheapest option would be the chemical paint remover. Might have to research to ensure it doesn't affect metal underneath.

Good luck!

These bits have 1/8" diameter shank, so if your drill can hold 1/8" shanks than no adapter is needed.
