The Sundara is a planar magnetic over ear headphone best known for wide soundstage, fast response, and strong instrument separation, with especially good mids and a warmer, more intimate presentation that suits rock and gaming. Comfort is a recurring strength, and replacement pads and other third party accessories are available. It can run straight from a laptop or tablet, though an amplifier or DAC amp brings out more of what it can do. Main drawbacks are the lack of a microphone and inline volume controls, plus AliExpress pricing and shipping hassles.
Music listeners who want a wide, separated planar sound, because these headphones are praised for fast response, strong instrument separation, and a wider soundstage.
PC or laptop listeners who want a simple daily driver, because they can be used directly without a dedicated amplifier and still sound good.
Gamers who value spacious positional audio, because the soundstage is described as great for gaming.
Rock listeners who prefer warmer mids and a more intimate presentation, because the tuning is described as especially good for rock.
People who need a built-in microphone or inline volume control, because these headphones do not include either feature.
Travelers who want a portable all-in-one headset, because these are wired headphones that are meant to be paired with separate gear.
FPS players who need razor-precise enemy pinpointing, because the imaging can be less accurate than some alternatives.
Small-headed listeners who want an easy fit, because the headband can require spacers for comfort.

The Fosi you posted is cheap for sure, but naming it exactly the same as a more reputable device is not a great sign IMO.
If you're on a tight budget I would get the Fiio Olympus 2

Its an old DAC/AMP but I still have and use mine after ~8 years. I have zero stake in your decision, just showing what has worked for me, that is not my ebay listing - just a decent price for a device I like.

I used these as daily driver with my laptop for a long time and have also used them an a desktop computer with no separate amplification. You can absolutely plug these into a laptop or tablet and use them as is.
This is a great set of headphones at an even better price. Comfortable and breathable. Easy recommendation, and I almost exclusively use mine on a laptop without dedicated amplification.
