I'm not really seeing a lot of good deals right now but here are some things to look for when you find a deal.
For integrated graphics, I recommend finding a CPU with at least integrated Radeon 780M or 860M graphics.
780M: Ryzen 9 270, Ryzen 7 250/260, Ryzen 9 8945HS, Ryzen 7 8840U/8840HS/8845HS, Ryzen 9 7940HS, Ryzen 7 7840U/7840HS
860M: Ryzen AI 7 450, Ryzen AI 7 350
880M: Ryzen AI 9 HX 465, Ryzen AI 9 HX 375/370, Ryzen AI 7 360/365
890M: Ryzen AI 9 HX 470/475, Ryzen AI 9 HX 370/375
8050S: Ryzen AI MAX 385/390
8060S: Ryzen AI MAX+ 395
For discrete graphics, you can still find RTX 5060 8GB laptops on sale for ~$1000-1200. The ~$800-900 RTX 4050 6GB is too VRAM limited while the RTX 5050 8GB only saves you ~$100 or so. Caveat, gaming laptops often get hot and loud, have poor battery life, tend to be heavier and the charging bricks alone are usually 2+ lbs by themselves. A gaming laptop might be overkill and unnecessarily expensive depending on your definition of light gaming though.
This is one of the better deals I've seen this week especially with the 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD. I don't have any experience with Gigabyte laptops though.
