After going back and forth a couple of times in email collect information about the order last night and this morning, customer service was able to approve the cashback. Now I have $59.22 pending in my r****10 account.
I wish it had tracked properly from the get go, but I am very happy with the customer service.
If the power station works, then it's a heck of a deal for about $210 after cash back.
I was able to get R***n to review and approve the cashback too.
