Too expensive for used. Minimum windows specs and a $300 new computer. My Open box BB experience it might be missing the power supply charger and dirty and quite used. Not enough discount considering that. If I couldn't use a chromebook in this price range and if I had literally only had $214 for a windows laptop 'excellent' I guess? I bought two of the SD Lenovo chromebooks for $199 each as an example. Only 4gig ram but touchscreen and runs simple needs good. And thank you for putting open box clearly in the title. A few leave it out and mislead us into clicks thinking its new.

off course its open box. these were brand new with 16gb. 8GB was taken out leaving only 8 and making these single channel junk. STAY AWAY. The upgrade is too expensive. They can keep those even for $100.

On what basis are you saying all that? You have no knowledge about what you're commenting on. These never came with 16GB because, they can't. The memory is soldered to systemboard, and there are no extra slots to make it 16GB to begin with:https://psref.lenovo.com/detail/I...82XB00C2US
And $100? You won't even get the 8GB LPDDR5 for that price, let alone the entire laptop. Yes, it's as basic and boring as a laptop can get, hence it's not even trying to punch above its weight; this was aimed primarily for the elderly and/or the children and with these specs it would suffice nicely for that.
