I got mine for $720 only a few weeks ago from the same place! Battery only had 5 cycles on it, practically brand new. $705 is a steal, considering the 512GB version sells for the same price, $705. I needed a phone because my son broke his and so I gave him my iPhone 12 and got this one. Works well. I do a lot of pictures and vidoes (of the kids doing stuff like snowboarding and outdoors stuff), so I wanted the 15 with larger battery. Just FYI, this phone does need an external drive when recording in Apple + ProRes (and/or Log) 4k/60. But doesn't need it at regular 4k/24 or 4k/30 or 4k/60 (for the iPhone filmmakers out there. Is there such a thing? Lol.)
