Missing a soft spray for your ass. You won't know that you're missing it until you have a bad time and need a gentle, wide spray.
The occupancy/auto flush sensor is at the foot. It isn't triggered by pressure when you sit on it. This one is an annoyance. Any sort of stool or squatty potty will make it think that you're not sitting on the toilet. This disables the spray function. It gets temperamental when trying to reactivate it so you can wash your ass. I now sit with my left leg on the floor so that it knows I'm there. My Toto just works without any guessing games.
Flush is pretty weak. Sometimes doesn't flush toilet paper away. Never seemed to have other waste like pee or poop still left. Just TP.
The "cyclone" flush is weak at rinsing stuff off of the bowl. I don't know what my wife does but she kinda just chucks TP in and it'll sort of stick to the front of the bowl just enough above the standing water. That cyclone doesn't dunk it in to finish the flush. My other toilet is a Toto Aquia IV (not quite a fair comparison since the toilet costs more alone than this set) but never had this problem there.
Remote still on its original battery though and works. My toilet is almost 2 years old.
