Good deal... unfortunately it's Amazon Resale; it's a complete gamble. Basically roll a dice and your chances of getting a six is about what your chances are of actually getting a "like new" item. Not worth the time and effort IMO. Amazon Resale's a joke now.

In my experience Like New has all been Like New.

Let people sleep on this if they want.

It's a godly deal in my opinion.

Sony WH 1000XM6 at this price is mainly an Amazon Resale gamble on a premium noise cancelling headphone, but the upside is strong when the unit arrives as described. The best reports describe packaging and headphones that look brand new, pair normally, and feel worth it at roughly half off or more. The main risk is condition roulette, with some orders arriving dirty, wrong, or missing parts, and refunds can turn into a long headache. Free returns and careful unboxing video help reduce the risk, making this a tempting open box style deal if the condition checks out.

  • Some shipments arrive looking brand new and pair normally after delivery.

  • Free returns can reduce the risk of buying an Amazon Resale "like new" item.

  • Recording or unboxing on video can help document mis-shipment if the wrong item arrives.

    yrregChronoTriggered

  • A few buyers report getting the XM6 at about half off while receiving perfect-condition headphones.

  • Amazon Resale "like new" can be a gamble and may arrive in worse-than-promised condition.

    yrregChronoTriggeredAdelley

  • Some open-box orders have included wrong models, missing accessories, or dirty replacement items.

  • Refund disputes can become a long headache when Amazon determines the item was not returned as claimed.

  • Sony may not provide manufacturer warranty for like-new or used headphones, so warranty coverage may be limited.

What if someone has lice and returns it to Amazon? Lol It is disgusting to wear headphones that you don't know where they have been. Just get the new ones. People wear these for porn too.
You think lice survive that whole process? lol

Are the earpads different than xm4? I have xm4 and wearing them for 1to3 hours daily causes acne on my scalp around my ears. Anyone else know if theres a better pad material?

Found open box like new at Focus Camera for $255. Worth the couple box to avoid the gamble with Amazon resale

I received mine and even the though the paper cover from the packaging was torn off, everything else did look new. No smudges, scratches, or any sign of wear and it paired as if no other person got that far. Well worth it in my opinion as now its back to $350 for like new.
