I contacted YouTube Customer Service, and they told me to contact Best Buy. I then contacted Best Buy and explained the situation, but they were unable to help me. They told me to contact YouTube again and obtain a ticket number.
The problem is that YouTube did not provide me with a ticket number. Best Buy also requested a screenshot, but I was not given a ticket number or anything that would resolve the issue.
At this point, I have gone back and forth between Best Buy and YouTube, and neither side has been able to help me. As a result, I was unable to take advantage of the 3-month YouTube Premium promotion that was advertised with my Best Buy purchase.

This is the statement got from customer care
We are implementing a new enforcement policy based on recent TOS updates regarding membership usage. The system will cancel subscriptions if it detects predominant usage outside the country where the user signed up. This means the system may take action if you're traveling for more than 30 days or relocate to a different country or territory
