The last one is a fossil fuel burning version that I guess is lighter and more convenient when backpacking and you need to reduce weight. Thanks. For some reason I have a refill kit at the house. I see it comes with fuel packs too, so I guess the third version is what I should buy

Get the E series. Never have to buy butane. Generic liquid is less than $9 for 40 hours of use. I use mine all the time in the back yard and camping
