I do agree with your statement of people swapping balls and returning. This is the reason I stopped ordering from Target. Bought TP5X twice. One time online and another in store and both times they were swapped with lower value Distance balls. It happens everywhere and at this point I'm surprised retailers are not demanding for them to start shrink wrapping so that you know they were not opened prior to purchase.
