Jamo S 809 floorstanding speakers are positioned as a budget home theater and stereo upgrade with real speaker separation, strong value, and easy driveability. The pair is praised for delivering a true surround feel with a basic receiver and subwoofer, and the series has a reputation for sounding close to much pricier setups while looking sharp in walnut. The main caveats are that they are still entry level, so bass and openness may trail higher end options, and shipping insurance is worth considering because one pair arrived slightly damaged. A solid budget tower option if you want full size sound without paying premium prices.
