its good enough for at home use. I love mine .its easy to fold and super easy to assemble. I guess if you are 6' or taller the bench press may be a little short but anyone under that height should be fine. The padding is ok-ish , could be thicker but not uncomfortable . Ilike it becasue even used ones on fb mp were selling for higher.

Same for me. Im 5'9 150 lbs, and it works well. Might be a bit small if youre ovet 6 feet

Do not waste your money on this bench. Despite claiming to handle 660 lbs , the build quality is extremely cheap.

Instant Failure: The seat wood snapped literally the very first time I sat on it.

I've had it for six months. I literally pull it out from underneath a bed and unfold it every single day and insert the pins. Takes about a minute. I don't do anything serious or heavy, but it has held up to daily use without any real sign of wear. The cushion isn't even bent. No tearing or flaking either. I do sit ups and leg raises with it. My feet slam down on the seat each time. Kind of fun and bouncy but still stable. A couple of inclined dumbbell press exercises with 20lb weights. No shaky movement here, as long as you firmly plant your feet to the floor. I don't do rows because I'm afraid of a giant knee indent on the cushion. I do it standing up holding the top half of the bench. And yes I know it's ONLY 20lbs but it can probably do more without issue. But anything like 50lb+ probably want to invest in a larger, heavier duty one. And if you want to knee it or do weird things to it like I've seen some of these fitness influencers do, probably want something more robust. But for a cute beginner bench that's easy to stow away and is super cheap, it's pretty good.
