This is the All-aluminum version. The specs state so, and the pictures show the same materials all around. the one you are thinking of is the one found at Costco, here:

I'll copy/paste them below.
Notice the highlighted words, which show that I was correct in saying it was not an "All aluminum" step stool. The frame is STEEL.
I can also tell just by the pictures that the frame of the item is NOT aluminum and that it is tubular steel and if you knew anything about metals you'd easily realize that too.
