I'm seeing $89.99 in cart and the cheapest shipping option is $15.30.

Still pretty slick, $99 is about the cheapest I ever see this thing. I've had mine 3 years and it works so well I gave up shopping for a (less-) portable 120V compressor with tank.

Not sure about this website. But $90 is a good price. And I can attest this is the best compressor I have owned. For example we had a big tractor tire to inflate. We had a regular cheap corded one that burnt out. My FIL,s ryobi was slow and overheated, I went and got mine (this one) and it did the job no issue.

I like mine. It was a gift but I would buy it for under $100.

If you are a Member you can get this for $85.00. See my cart screenshot. Not sure who changed the price.

Website is 100% legit and safe. Bomgaars has 180 retail locations in the US, mainly in the Midwest. They have some really good deals especially for it's members (free to join).

Bomgaars is legit. Their store is only 30mins from my place. Also, if you already haven't bought a locking chuck for the compressor, this one is good.

thanks, great suggestion. Do you leave it attached? Is there a size that fits better on the compressor for storing?

Don't forget to look in the back of unit for Type II, as Type 1 had inflator overheat issues.

Sometimes Homey Depot or Lowes online chat will price match Bomgaar, depending on which rep you get.

How much longer until Dewalt starts making TVs, seems they make everything else?

I was able to get Home Depot to price match. I asked the chat bot for a price match, they collected some info, then transferred me over to a (supposedly) live agent who agreed to do it (as a "one time courtesy" (as they claimed that Bomgaars was clearing out inventory). They told me that they could help with the order on their end, or I could order and give them the order # after completion and they would then issue a credit (which could take a couple of days). I opted for the latter to ensure that the order would go through the way I wanted it to (I was having it delivered same day by a local store). The entire process took nearly an hour (!!!), but I was multitasking, so no big deal. I was sure to post something in the chat every 7 mins or so, as I believe the chat can time out if you don't send a message within 10 mins. I was extra courteous and friendly, in case that made a difference.

DeWalt is owned by Stanley Black & Decker, and SBD licenses the DeWalt brand and design language to several third parties to manufacture non-core products like "rugged" USB flash drives, FRS radios, flashlights, vehicle jump starters, etc. I've read that if the model number starts with "DX" it's manufactured by a third party. I guess if a case can be made for jobsite/ruggedized or battery-powered TVs, there's nothing stopping them from licensing the brand to some low-cost TV manufacturer. Haha.
