Also, I totally understand trying to defend the deal you posted, but let's not spread misinformation.
Sure, the EBL batteries use the same battery chemistry as Panasonic's Eneloops, but they are in no way, shape, or form comparable. Project Farm did a discharge test on multiple NiMH batteries over one year.

One Year Later [youtube.com]
TL;DW - EBL ranked last in almost all tests, both when new and after a year of use.
Community Reviews
This bundle is a budget AA and AAA rechargeable battery set with a multi slot charger that stands out for convenience and higher power input. The charger has a 20 watt USB C port, USB A support, and can handle eight batteries at once, with some praise for its solid everyday use and no reported issues. The batteries are repeatedly described as decent for low drain gear like remotes, toys, controllers, and deadbolts, but the labeled 2800mAh capacity is often said to test closer to the low 2000s. Charging can also be slow, and the charger appears limited for capacity testing and some USB C cables.
Common Questions (5)
The batteries are commonly reported to test below the printed rating: the 2800mAh AAs often measure around 2200-2500mAh, and the AAA cells also tend to come in under the label. They can still be solid for lower-drain devices like remotes, toys, controllers, and deadbolts.
It can charge AA/AAA NiMH cells, but the listed charge current is only 300mA per slot, so a 2800mAh AA can take roughly 8-11 hours from dead to full. That slower rate may help reduce heat, but it is not a fast charger.
Yes, it can charge the same NiMH chemistry used by Eneloops, and it does not care about brand. The main caveat is that the charger is slow and some users prefer higher-end chargers for better capacity testing and termination behavior.
No. Capacity testing is limited to one slot, while the other slots only charge batteries. That makes it less useful if you want to test multiple cells at once.
Yes. The charger is described as able to charge 9V batteries in addition to AA and AAA cells.

I don't mind testing each one individually. Here's to hoping it goes viral and I get a lifetime supply of Eneloops!
Which, in my case, would be the pair I already own!
If somewhat charged, it will discharge, fully charge, then discharge at is own rate.
I think it does the charge discharge process a couple of time until it gets a consistent mAH capacity.
This is for the Xtar VX4 with 18650 batteries. I have not tested with 1.5 AA/AAA Li-ion batteries.
I don't think the L4 Pro does capacity determination.
I recently purchased EVE and Panasonic 3500mAH from Liion Wholesale and they tested above rated capacity (4 of each brand).
I have 17 Sanyo HR-3UTGAs, 8 HR-4UTGAs, and 8 HR-4UTGBs, still doing great.

What has been your experience been with them?
I already know that if I provide any pictures as proof, one of the following will happen:
1. They respond saying it's AI, edited, or a fake photo (I am grossly against AI and lack any artistic talent to modify photos myself).
2. They claim I swapped the batteries out (these chargers reset data when you remove a battery).
3. They don't respond.
4. They actually own up and apologize.
I'm really hoping for #4, we really need less jerks in the world.
Either way, discharge test competed (batteries were still in use) and now it's on a full recharge cycle. We'll have an answer in a few hours.
For a similar price, I could get the VC8, which also does the same level of charging as the VX4 (both Li-ion and NiMH of varying sizes, can capacity test on all slots), but has 8 slots instead of 4.

Per the EBL charger you recommended, only slot four can test. I deliberately rotated the batteries so you can see the how the wrapper is designed and made sure slot 4 clearly shows "SANYO". Total capacity after a single charge, discharge, and recharge cycle is 1878mAh. This was done with the charger set to 0.5A, which is the default setting.
And before you ask, no... I will not test them again. I have taken very good care of these batteries and will not subject them to any additional unnecessary stress. They have lived a simple and comfortable life, which I wish to maintain. Slow power consumption, slow recharge, and a long rest before going back to work. The lack of abuse is likely the reason why they have performed so well for so long.
Not once did I move goal posts, not once did I try and put words in your mouth, not once did I insult you or your intelligence unprovoked (I was cordial until you started hurling insults). You doubted. I delivered.
I hope you find peace.

So many ones. I should play the lotto!

I have not used it to test 1.5V Li-ion AA batteries since I can not really find brands that are accurate in their claims for capacity.(maybe Xtar branded ones but they are quite expensive)
The charger you linked to Amazon can only do capacity testing on 4 slot and the other 4 only charge, if that is sufficient for your needs.
I can tell you that capacity testing on the VX4 is slow especially with batteries having more than 2000mAh, again in the 18650 form factor.
I do my testing during the weekend so I don't interrupt the testing and don't want to leave it unattended since the 18650 I use are unprotected.
Review sample size for the item you listed is a bit low for what I usually commit to purchase and quite a few of them complain about durability of the item.
