If this is the version that sits on top of your 1/4 turn cuttoff valve, it's simple! I've had mine for maybe six months and have at least 12 sensors throughout the house. It's a good feeling of security knowing my house shouldn't flood if something breaks.

I have this version. Simple install, but you'll want to make sure the lever you are replacing operates freely without a lot of resistance. Takes about 5 minutes. Setting up the sensors to shut off the valve is a little quirky. Not quite intuitive. After they are set up though, everything works very well.
