I think that CM 240mm aio is unlikely to keep up with this CPU so unless you're gonna sell it (for probably not much) it's not much of a premium.

I have dedicated rig for EFT with 7800x3d. It has Deepcool AK620 and at most I have like 68 degrees (not Fahrenheit). This CPU is very efficient and cool, so I believe if air cooler kept it cold, AIO will do as well.
