I have something similar and I love it. Although I'm a couch potato who doesn't need to recover from anything athletic, I use it regularly. It just feels so damn good. It comes as close to a real massage as you can get from a machine. There are also compression cuffs you can buy for the arms and torso/back but I don't know if they'll fit this. For what it's worth, another model on Amazon had a review, allegedly from a nurse, that claimed it cured her stage 4 kidney disease. I'm doubtful but at least her legs felt good. Speaking of disease, make sure you consult your physician before using it if you have heart disease. This is squeezing blood and fluids out of the legs, which may compete against your heart.
