Phoenix, you're a deal posting machine -- but think you got fooled on this one. These comp notebooks are on sale at Staples for 50 cents a piece right now and full retail is a bit over $3 per notepad. Also, HiTouch is merely an authorized third party vendor of Staples and Amazon Marketplace Seller not affiliated otherwise with Staples, directly. So, this "365 day low price" you see on Amazon is essentially a mirage and sales gimmick. There are $2 worth of notebooks, here... which you can also find at Walmart (under difft branding) for under $1 per notebook, as well.
