Mine is about 3mm thick (measured w/ digital caliper, including the cellophane wrapping). I havent opened it yet. Got it about a year ago during one of their sales.

If you need to add air to your tires, or inflate things and have some of the Ryobi batteries, this thing is great! Had one for a couple of years. Set the pressure and has auto shutoff. Don't remember what I paid, but they have it for $34.99 which is a steal.
