The second most important factor is whether you like the sound. It's easy to find clips of any digital piano you might be interested in on YouTube to do a quick comparison. Personally, I don't really like the sound of this piano, but tastes differ.
If I were on a tight budget, I'd probably consider this one just for the high quality action. If the sound bothered me enough I'd just use it as a MIDI controller for a higher quality virtual instrument—a bit clunky compared to using the onboard sound, but a fairly inexpensive way to make the cheapest digital piano sound as good as the best in the world.
(Note that using a digital piano with an external virtual instrument almost always mean you're listening to it through headphones or external speakers. Most digital pianos don't have a way to play the output of virtual instruments through their internal speakers. But, even if they did, you might not want to, because cheap digital pianos tend to have crappy speakers.)

Keys are marginally worse as I believe the slim keyboard design compromises the action. For a beginner/intermediate it makes no difference
$100 easily buys you a stand, bench and sustain pedal. You do not need the other two pedals and the $100 less can buy you a decent bluetooth speaker set. Speakers on the S1100 are totally fine
