I get it that we're supposed to comment on the deal rather than express an opinion on the movie but this was an utter travesty compared to the original. I just didn't care what happened to any of the characters. They leaned heavily on the reputation of the first movie, even to the point of quoting the dialogue. Should've invested in a better plot and script instead of CGI sharks in the Coliseum.

Wasn't great but watchable.
I'll probably pick it up IF or when it hits $8 maybe $10 just for the transfer.

It's one of the few that got a reference transfer on both PQ and AQ.

Getting really tired of these "Hot Deals" threads for old outdated I.P. by gigantic billionaire Hollywood studios trying to sell movies that already turned massive profits, for prices like this even though they just clicked a button to copy their 4K master files onto digital platters, the same as an HD Blu-ray (or DVD).

Corporations need to understand that when they assume we're stupid idiots, we don't buy their crap.

I think this movie is pretty new, but it just isn't great from the reviews I've read. I've stopped watching the stuff from most of the Legacy movie production companies and now watch stuff from places like Angel Studios. But anyways, as for Gladiator II ... I just have no desire to watch it. I pretty much know it's going to be bad.
