We wanted to update you on your DeWalt jack and extension kit. We're truly sorry for the wait, and we appreciate your patience.
When you placed your order, DeWalt expected the extensions to arrive within a week. They later pushed that date back by three weeks and have now told us they need another two weeks due to manufacturing issues. Based on their latest update, we expect to fulfill your order by mid-October.
We understand this is a significant inconvenience. If that timing doesn't work for you, we can:
Ship the jack now and send the extensions as soon as they arrive.
Ship the complete kit once the extensions arrive.
Cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you're comfortable waiting for the complete kit, you don't need to reply. If you'd prefer either of the other options, please let us know and we'll take care of it right away.
