Hardwood and engjneered wood. Decent deal for a really narrow roller island I guess. Bet this would be cool in like an rv or something.
Wheels might not be good for that but I think they normally have locks.
I have one with similar dimensions and a 10" folder up shelf for extra depth. Works really well in modern apartments with open floor plans but no island/wrap around counter area.

These are very narrow and tip over fairly easily because the casters are set about 4" in from each side which makes the base effectively 8" more narrow than where the wood extends out to. I got the stainless steel top version of this from that sale 2 weeks ago and it is pretty solid and works great for $100, I'm just going to buy a second one and screw them together back-to-back to make a square island that will never tip over vs my current rectangular island that is quite easy to tip over.
Pro tip: Be sure you have all the parts and that you can assemble it correctly first, then glue every joint together using TiteBond wood glue or clear Gorilla Glue because almost all furniture like this that requires assembly uses cam lock fasteners which start to wiggle and loosen over time making the entire thing very rickety after even a short amount of normal use. If you glue every joint during assembly it will remain 100% solid and never start to wobble or get loose joints. I've been doing this with all furniture made of particle board, MDF, plywood, etc or even cheap metal bed frames glued with LiquidNails to make it squeek free and totally solid forever.
