That is racist to lump all Asian countries together and say "...avoid Asian stainless steel" as there are dozens of Asian countries and only some are known for having substandard manufacturing and making products that don't pass U.S. food standards, China being one of those. Places like Japan on the other hand are well known for making some of the most pure and highest quality products in the world that consistently surpass U.S. standards.
