They have the vela and other colors of this for not much more. This is not a super nice guitar (it's their usa budget line so I think you know what to expect) but a good price for a USA made PRS.
I'd recommend this McCarthy one over it for not much more. The bound neck feels much nicer to me. And it's a stellar price.
