One other question, do you use the IBOTTA app and clip the offers there too for Walmart? if so, you can't get both redemptions, it is one or the other.
if you're in the clear on the above ??, I'd contact them, it's possible their system didn't update that you received your order by pick up or shipping to credit you the walmart cash.

yes, pending status is normal from the time you place the order until it is picked up or delivered. Once the item is received, the Walmart cash is deposited into your wallet.
