I bought the machine from this deal and it arrived today. It came in a generic box, with generic padding/packing and was delivered by UPS. The unit works well and was in excellent used condition. The stats of the machine showed it only had a few cycles ran. It came with a new water filter too.
As long as this machine continues to work, I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase, especially at this price.

The unit is practically new. And I love it and it makes a decent cup of coffee in the morning. I wish it had the milk customizations of my old Philips 3200

Some speculate it's due to Amazon warehouse handling, with such a sensitive machine. Seeing this $800 off the Amazon list price is SUPER tempting though.... Can't decide if it's worth a swing or not.
That said, for a balance of day-to-day ease, output quality, and price, the Evo was a great deal.
The unit is practically new. And I love it and it makes a decent cup of coffee in the morning. I wish it had the milk customizations of my old Philips 3200
