Better to use this than 5mg melatonin?
Current data shows melatonin is "more effective" but the data for both isn't that strong.

Anyone try this? I got a bottle on the previous deal but still using my other magnesium... Is it any good?
I've been taking it for a couple of months and it really helps with muscle cramps. Thats pretty much all I notice.

I got a much better deal on the Nature's Bounty on Amazon. Just over 8 bucks.

33% More Active Magnesium: Both bottles contain 120 capsules, but Nature's Bounty provides 14,400 mg total elemental magnesium per bottle compared to VitBoost's 10,800 mg.
  • Cheaper Unit Cost: At $8.15, Nature's Bounty costs ~5.7¢ per 100 mg of elemental magnesium, making it ~23% cheaper per milligram than VitBoost at $7.96 (~7.4¢ per 100 mg).
  • Fewer Pills Per Day: You only need 2 capsules daily to get 240 mg of elemental magnesium with Nature's Bounty. To reach that same dose with VitBoost, you would have to swallow nearly 3 capsules daily.
  • Brand Reliability: Nature's Bounty is an established, widely distributed national brand, whereas VitBoost is a white-label Amazon brand.

Not sure if this is the one you're talking about. It doesn't say it's chelated though the description may mean that it is. Odd they don't mention 3rd party tested.
Again, I may not have the one you're referencing and it could be in the videos. Outstanding amount of elemental magnesium glycinate.

The Now brand has been so good for sleep. Take 3 instead of 2. Nothing else comes close.

Just had to try these...After taking 1 pill for a week about an hour before bed, not much as far as caliming effect for me anyway...that said I did notice a few nights of weird dreams like I used to get with melatonin....for the next week I'm going back to the Sam's Club MG I'd been taking for the last few months those worked wonders - nice caliming effect, no weird dreams, good sleep score according to my tracker.
