Who likes and uses Bisquick? Show of hands, please. I have bought it in the past, but my wife says it is really not useful (I am toning down her comments.) We did use up the box I bought as a substitute for flour, and it was "okay" for that.

For pancakes and waffles, we find Krusteaz is always a great performer. I am not posting negative just for jollies. But I can not recommend the Bisquick flour as it seems to be ... just flour.

I invite cooks and bakers to post their experiences with this product to prove me wrong and give me advice on how I can use this product effectively. THANK YOU ALL!
