Why are you taking so much?
I imagine 10g in one 16oz drink with one packet would get pretty chalky, but 5g is fine. I wouldn't recommend drinking 4 of them in a day though, they're 120mg caffeine. Perhaps the non caffeinated packets in similar strong flavor profiles might help mask and since they're 5 cal each you can pound four a day to hit your 20g.
