Apple iPhone 16e black (Locked to Cricket for 1 year) [cricketwireless.com] at $299.99 + 2 months of Supreme Unlimited Plan prepaid at $60/month. After 2 months, you can change your plan to a cheaper tier as low as $30/month or purchase 3-month or 12-month prepaid plans, but the device is still carrier locked for 12 months of active service. Offer looks available to both new and existing customers. Porting a number from another provider is required for $299.99 device price; for new phone numbers, device price is $399.99.

If you combine this offer with another offer like the 16e for $9.99, I noticed the prepaid monthly plan price goes down.

White seems to be only color device in stock at the time of writing.

Free 2-day shipping.

Additional $25 off coupon for new customers when you add the item to your cart and wait a couple minutes, you will likely get a popup offer with a coupon code.

Worst unlock policy I've seen of any carrier. I just paid 400 for a pixel 10 with full year of service with mint and it unlocks after 3 months. Best to wait for that kind of deal to come back. I've seen it a few times with various carriers with better unlock policies.

Not all things are equal. While the unlocking policy is atrocious almost everywhere now, this post is about an iPhone. To some or maybe most, Pixel no matter how cheap it is, is just not in their scope. iPhone carry higher premium as opposed to any other phone on the market.

This is a terrible deal. I would get the iPhone 17 rather than the budget model and be locked into a carrier for a whole year.

This does not appear to actually work for existing customers. When selecting "I'm upgrading my phone" under the existing customer option, the price resets back to $599. It does seem to allow the lower price if you select "I'm bringing my number" but it's not clear how that works as an existing customer.
