I was a hardcore Steelseries fan, until they denied warranty on this mouse. The mouse wheel button would trigger the opposite direction after 10 "clicks" during scrolling. It started about 6 months after purchase and their support just said they don't have spare parts for this item and unable to repair. After back and forth they ended up offering me 10% for next purchase. I even had originally purchased directly from their website. Support experience was bad. Never again buying steelseries. Oh also on a different ss mouse, the plastic has that film that decays over time. Not a good brand imho
