If you are paying Google fi, your monthly bill is what pays for the phone. Google fi is absurdly priced compared to most other MVNOs, unless you have a lot of people in your plan group for the discount.. They also make you pay taxes and fees on top, which can be absurdly expensive depending on the state you live in. They do have some decent deals tho.
