Legit in a sense they will ship you something, but they tend to outright lie about the condition of the products. I.e. open box could actually mean heavily used, damaged box - customer return. Etc.

Also IMHO considering these have been on sale for $170 many times over the last few months, not at all worth saving $10 to get a potentially used / fake item from VIP outlet.

It sounds like they have gone down hill lately. I had bought from them previously but just last week I bought a pair of AirPods Max 2 headphones and the ones that came in were in excellent condition however they were not AirPods Max 2 they were the Gen 1.5 with USB-C 2024 but in a Max 2 box.

I sent back and still have not been refunded yet. Hopefully that hit's soon.

They were on sale once. Not many times in the last few months. Mid June they were $169. Now they are not. eBay has a "not as described" return policy. As I said before, VIP Outlet is a reputable liquidator.
