I got this combo about a month ago at the same price. And compared to the fly more combo, this one comes with an extra battery and extra propellars. But does not include ND filters and carrying bag.

$869 is pretty tempting with the RC2. I don't really care about the carrying bag, but missing the ND filters is a little annoying. Anyone know if these ship factory sealed?
