you will get at least ANSI A1 cut resistance from nearly any coated nitrile work glove. That said, these have some pretty good elastic cuffs.
you could, it is likely overkill. I'd go with something like this https://a.co/d/02O6f0uZ (5 pack for $7) I picked up a 10 pack of this style from bidfta for like $2 and they are amazing for yardwork. I'm pretty sure the ones in OP are a bit more heavy duty. My 10 pack started sticking to one another after about 2-3 years, but I keep them in the garage where it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
Work in the dirt, and sludge, or on the greasy parts of machinery with smooth nitrile. It cleans up better.
Use foam if you want a little more touch with improved grip.
