I have these, they're great for freezing full servings of soup, rice, casseroles, etc so all you have to do is go the freezer and microwave them for easy meals. They also have measuring labels if you want to measure 1 cup only instead of the full 2, useful for rice and burrito filling.

I don't think OP is reheating in these containers - they are used for freezing food, and can be removed from the silicone mold like ice.
