Bought one years ago and use every camping trip. A lot. Stays on all night with red mode. Not sure about using it to charge anything.

I bought one of these a year or two ago for about $10 to use as one of my fire pit Lanterns. I find myself never using this one. The issue: very VERY harsh light to look at. Even on low it is uncomfortable to look at, at least for me. Other lanterns have some tint or kind of a smoked plastic, it makes the harsh LED lighting much more pleasant.

I just bought 2 at the discount. Gonna apply tissue paper / parchment paper to soften it. Just for power outages for me.

It is very bright to look at. I use it only for red. Doesn't draw bugs and hurt the eyes
