If you're lucky enough to have a PotBelly by you, please do yourself a favor and try it. I will never go to Subway again after having this place. Miles above Jersey Mike's and Subway, and IMO a notch above Jimmy John's.

I mean... YOU don't do it, you tell the employee what you want on it, no different than Subway, unless not all Potbelly are the same? All the ones around me are similar in that sense. Potbelly is nice because their toppings are generally better/more varied than other places and they'll regularly rotate unique menu items.

I used to like Potbelly a lot more but some of their stores have absolutely no quality control and can't follow simple orders.

Yeah easily my favorite sandwhich place local or chain in north dallas suburbs. Much better than Panera, subway etc.

That would be really frustrating if you ordered and just got meat and bread. I saw you ordered online, I can't speak to that experience but in person, I've never had to tell them what I wanted if I ordered one of the 'prebuilt' sandwiches.

You would not be wrong. I hate looking through crap loads of information. I just want the code or the options.

It saves the business money if you never thought to top or sauce though (if that is what they were going for).

Same thing happened to me. The description says what is on the sandwich on the ordering menu. You shouldn't have to navigate to another menu to add those things in order to not get a sandwich of just bread and meat.
