It was as bad as going to Papa Murphy's and being handed a wrapped pizza. "Uhh...why is this not cooked and boxed?"
I used to like Potbelly a lot more but some of their stores have absolutely no quality control and can't follow simple orders.

It saves the business money if you never thought to top or sauce though (if that is what they were going for).

"original" is one of the sandwich sizes. Think of it like "normal" size.
They have skinny (small), original (normal), and big (large) sizes for their sandwiches
