Since July I've accumulated ~$40 in rewards (without this) and I have enough points through various quests/tasks on the site to get another $75. I average about $120-150 every 3 months by doing their daily login/quests.

It's slightly outdated, as item 4) has been changed. The minigames are completely different now, and there's no longer a bonus minigame where you can earn DRP. Everything else should still apply.
My daily routine is basically:
1) Go to the Alienware website control center. https://na.alienwareare
2) Click on daily quests.
3) Vote on Discord poll
4) Open a Twitch stream and leave it open in background.

Dell Rewards Points (DRP) expire after 180 days, so there's a limit to how much you can realistically save up at a time. Right now the amount you can earn per 180 days is roughly as follows:
$100 every 180 days - Exchange 1700 ARP for 3000 DRP and 1200 ARP for 2000 DRP in the Marketplace every 90 days.
$52 - 200 DRP weekly login bonus over 26 weeks. The weekly login bonus may fluctuate.
$30 - Monthly 500 DRP login bonus if you login at least 25 days in a month.
That's at least $182 per 180 days, though rewards are always subject to change.
They're also going to be launching a new Battle Pass system that further rewards DRP. They just had a beta of it that lasted about 21 days and gave away 2500 DRP ($25). It's currently unclear how often future battle passes will run, and how much DRP they'll give out.
And then there's random giveaways like the current Intel Gamer Days. IGD usually runs once a year around this time. I think one year they also gave away $20 on July, and there might have been Black Friday/Christmas giveaways as well.
Time investment is pretty minimal, at least if you're on a PC a lot. Most of the daily stuff just takes a few clicks and you can knock them out in less than 2 minutes. However, the biggest source of daily ARP is Twitch, and to get the daily 15 ARP from it takes at least 38 minutes. That said, you can just open a Twitch stream and leave it muted in the background, so it's mostly passive. You just kinda have to learn which streamers are consistently on at certain times.
There's also weekly Steam Quests and Community Events that require Steam and "playing" games (though you can just let the games idle in the background).
Getting things set up and accounts connected can take a bit of time at first, but once you get into the groove of things it's mostly quite passive and totally worth the time, at least for me. Last year I managed to accumulate over $375 in rewards at one point, and got an amazing deal on a Switch 2 bundle.
Ironic there's so much sponsored garbage on the front page, that when a good deal actually gets posted it gets buried.

Let them know that your AW rewards don't show up on your Dell account with same email -- they can relink your AW/Dell accounts (it'll probably take a few biz days to respond but you can keep earning on AW website in the mean time)
