Alienware Arena Intel Gamer Days is a free daily points promo that feeds Dell Rewards credit, and the points can be used on a wide range of Dell items, games, controllers, and accessories. The Intel logo in the top right is the usual claim path, with daily resets around 8 p.m. Eastern or 12 a.m. UTC depending on region. The broader Alienware rewards system can also add ARP through daily quests, Twitch, Steam, and Discord, but setup can be fiddly and some tasks do not track reliably. Rewards and availability can be buggy, region limits apply, and the credit expires, so timing and account linking matter.

Dell are scammers, they gave out FREE points then removed every single controller from their store.

They removed everything and only kept one very expensive controller =

Unfortunately they're upgrading the site right now, and support has said that it may take a few weeks for everything to show up again. You can try chatting with support if you really want an item now, and they can probably check if it's in stock. However, they usually have the PS5 controllers on sale during Black Friday, so you're really better off waiting until then to redeem the points anyway. The points from the Intel Gamer Days shouldn't expire until January 2027, so still plenty of time.

Yeah probably good they are doing the work now so everything should be well stocked by the holiday sales season. Everyone says dells price matching is great even as they also have their own black Friday sales too. So getting cool stuff for free but even cheaper free lol.

My oldest points start to expire first week of December so I'm going to out for black Friday 😁.

Which BTW, for anyone with older DRP, be careful about dells sites date they claim your points expire... It looks like they just show the month end of expires but you actually have to pay attention to the days and use them before 6 months. Like on the dell site mine say they expire December 31st, basically just defaulting to the end of whatever month they expire but they actually expire on December 9th so I'd be screwed if I waiting until the end of the month to use them. I've seen others claim the list points this way without likely knowing that's why they lost them. It's pretty lame but at long as you know the actual date you start to expire you can plan.

How do you know which day the points will expire? Is it exactly 180 days after you received the points?

Honestly I'm not sure how or where I found that info. I think it was actually Gemini AI that mentioned it while I was still learning how the rewards work and I also remembered seeing someone mention they lost points that expired "early" somehow. But even now looking at both dell and Alienware arena, I don't see any specific day listed and even asking Gemini again it's saying it's IS NOT specific days (exactly 6 months from issue date) but rather just within the 6th month before it ends so now I'm not even sure. Sounds like it's safe for the entire month but I'm still stressing why I have December 9th written down as my "need to use by" date lol.

Sorry to confuse and maybe spreading misinformation ðŸĪŠ.

Click on Rewards History:

Rewards Balance is at the top along with the "Next Rewards Expiration" date/amount -- those are the ones expiring the soonest

Anyone else having issues claiming the 200 ARP weekly reward today? When I click on get item it brings up a capcha thing you have to do (which I've never had to do before when claiming) and then when I click verify it fails every time.

**Edit** Just started working for me now.
