Got this the last time it was posted. Easy to install and when it runs on mid level it's insanely quiet. Would buy another if I had another room that needs it.

FYSA, any time you see that remote and that phone app on a DC fan listing, know this is a FanLamp manufactured OEM DC fan with a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) remote. And its absolutely compatible with Home Assistant. I have have 5 of various Fanlamp OEM models in my house and all are locally connected and controlled by Home Assistant with no issues. I did have to deploy an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy using a cheap ESP32 since the 5 fans are split across 2 floors, but that was ~$4.

Bear in mind that these flush models, which are much closer to the ceiling, don't allow as much air flow as the older models with a downtube. Also they can't be mounted on a sloping ceiling. On the plus side, they are usually easier to mount.

Community Reviews

This flush mount ceiling fan stands out for easy installation, quiet operation, and a bright dimmable LED, with the 52 inch black and silver versions repeatedly taking the promo code. It also has memory for the last setting, a natural white light tone, and Bluetooth control that can work with Home Assistant through a Bluetooth proxy setup. The main tradeoff is airflow, which is weaker than downtube fans and can feel less strong than expected. It also cannot be mounted on sloped ceilings, and the Bluetooth setup means no Wi Fi based voice assistant integration.

Looks exactly like the TCL unit that was one sale for a few months for $70. I grabbed one and it's pretty legit. No app though so for less money and with app this is a great deal.

Does anyone know if this light turns right on when the light switch is on, or if there is a delay?
I logged into my account for the first time in probably 10 years to answer this:

Yes if you've got it hard-wired directly into the AC with no switch. No if you flip a switch on the wall, in which case it turns on after about 1.5 seconds. BTW, it has memory, so however you set it when you flip a wall switch is how it restores when flipped back on.
Seems like a good fan. LED is natural light color. High speed is pretty fast. Haven't played with it much otherwise.

Logging off now and going back into my shell again Wink

But do you know if they have any standard certifications like UL or ETL?

Why would you need anything like that when you can buy cheap garbage?

LMAO
If what they are saying is true though (about having memory), that's pretty good.

Yeah the problem is the 1.5 second delay when turning on the switch.
