Is this good for a home theater? I see that it is rated super bright. Does "Office & Education" mean the text on a 140+ screen will be crisp/sharp and readable? Thanks in advance.

It will be fine. What it has going for it is that It's quite bright so the room won't need to be as dark to use. For a home theater use, it's only 1080p and your room should be relatively dim anyway which would negate the benefit of this being so bright. If you're looking for something to work in a basement where it can be dark there are cheaper 1080p options out there.
