Deep clean your fridge with WDV in a spray bottle; food safe, kills about everything.
Still smells? Deeper clean with citric acid, water, and spray bottle, it's basically food safe bleach.
Bottom freezer? Literally pull everything out, racks, bins, drawers, all food, fridge and freezer, deep clean, and check water lines for mildew, possibly change your filter if it's time.
Use a lot of vinegar spray on the ice dispenser.
Let everything dry.
Put back all food, discard any unsuitable.
Finish either fridge type with vented Baking Soda box, write 30-90 day change date on box.
If it still smells?
Mouse died in the compressor area.
Service cost approaches replacement cost.
Do whatever deity you worship deems best. : D

I don't know how well that will work when it has metal embedded, since it may not heat uniformly.

For bulk buying or long term storage, freeze the cubes and then put in vacuum bags.
For meals just nuke, thaw, cook, bake, or sous vide as desired. Enjoy!
